Mike Snider is a trusted business transition intermediary and entrepreneur with over 35 years of business experience. He specializes in guiding private business owners, their families, and advisors through the complex process of selling their businesses. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, exit planning, business lending, insurance, wealth planning, and real estate.

Before joining Transworld Business Advisors in 2019, Mike led the business banking division of a large national bank, where he developed a business review and valuation program to help owners prepare for future exits. This work inspired his transition into M&A advisory as a primary focus. In 2018, he earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation through the Exit Planning Institute.

Mike currently serves as Managing Director of Transworld Cleveland West. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and has earned numerous industry awards and licenses over his distinguished career. He resides in Cleveland, Ohio, and enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
